About
Namaste, I’m Sandeep Atri, a proud descendant of the Atri lineage. Born near the sacred land of Kurukshetra, my journey into the world of Yoga began in the most nurturing environment one could imagine—under the loving guidance of my first Yoga master, my mother. A devoted practitioner of Bhakti Yoga, she instilled in me the profound principles of devotion, love, and spiritual surrender from a young age. My early years were a tapestry of learning diverse paths of yoga. Immersed in Bhakti, Karma, and Jnana Yoga, I developed a holistic understanding of this ancient discipline, blending devotion, selfless action, and wisdom into my daily life. After finishing school, my curiosity led me to explore the world beyond my spiritual roots. I moved into the fields of food and hospitality, seeking to understand different cultures and their ways of living especially through food, as food always had a special meaning in my life, connecting people with each other. These experiences enriched my perspective but also made me realize a deeper calling within. The spiritual path of my ancestors beckoned me back. I returned to my roots with a renewed purpose, dedicating myself to the study and practice of Yoga. I pursued several advanced courses and earned an M.A. in Yoga and Yoga Therapy from Uttarakhand University. This academic journey deepened my knowledge and honed my skills, preparing me to share the wisdom of Yoga with others. My mission is to guide individuals in discovering the transformative power that lies within each of us. Through Yoga, I aim to help people unlock their inner healing potential and lead lives of balance, harmony, and spiritual fulfillment. Join me on this sacred path, and together, we will explore the boundless possibilities that Yoga offers.
